LGP Packaging!

by Lauryn on November 3, 2011 in Business

I thought my packaging was really good with my last branding. It was simple and cute, but I was definitely still learning, and in the end I learned that it wasn’t exactly easy to work with and I wanted something different.  I needed to change it with the new branding/blog/website launch.  I just didnt know where to start.  One day I happened on an image on Pinterest, which led me to this post.  I was so inspired by her packaging!

So here is LGP’s brand spankin’ new packaging! Finalized a week or so ago!

This is what arrives on your door step…all branded up with my mark!

And open…

Gray krinkle paper is by Creative Gift Packaging. The box is by Staples.

And what is in the goodie bag!

That taffy there, you see that? That is why it took me so long to finalize everything. I knew I wanted to include a sweet, but I wanted it to go with my branding. Crazy? Maybe, but it makes the entire package flow really well together. I have to thank Oh Joy for featuring the taffy on her blog. Otherwise, I would probably still be searching! The taffy is from Olive and Cocoa. The packaging the taffy arrived in was even inspiring!

Those are my thank you cards! Printed locally at Uptown Color.

My custom printed DVD’s are done by Disc Makers. The tin cases are by American Digital. The cork coasters are by Hygloss Products. I hand stamp them with a mini version of my mark. The twill tape ribbon is by Pinked Fabrics.

Business cards are printed at Uptown Color as well.

Cheesecloth bags are by Le Melange. I also hand stamp these with a large version of my mark. The stamps are by The Stampin Place.

I also have to thank and credit my designer for the DVD’s, Business Cards, Thank You Cards, and my Mark…Woohoo Jennifer, you rock!

I LOVE it! I am so happy with it, and it makes me smile thinking about my brides and grooms opening these, and experiencing them. If you clicked on the link, from the post I was inspired by, you will see that our branding is vastly different. But, I was still able to bounce ideas off of her packaging. I think that’s really important, to find something that inspires you and go out there and make your own version of it. I can be inspired by frilly, vintage, and romantic packaging and create something unique for my clean, modern, and fun branding!

Hope you enjoyed it!

Your packaging is super cute!! Mine is kind of similar (I use the same boxes and eco filler) but I use kraft cd cases and twine. I love that you had your mark made into a stamp! And the metal cd cases are really neat!
