I wanted to do a full Tennessee visit review, but the weather was really bad except the day we went to Knoxville! So, here are some shots of our time there.
We had a great time walking around and exploring shops although it was FREEZING. And, bonus (!) Catherine and Vince live there so we met up for some dinner at a really neat place!

I loved all the holiday decorations!
We headed to Cafe 4 where we met Cato and Vince a little early to warm up and rest from walking all day. The upstairs was so cozy.
Our delicious dinner! Jared had Bacon Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese and I had Shrimp and Grits with Andouille Sausage. SO YUMMY.
Love these guys!
So that was our day in Knoxville. We really had a good time and would love to go back! We’d definitely recommend Cafe 4 if you’re visiting, as well as Tupelo where we had a little snack mid-day!

Ah so fun! I just love walking around cities with their Christmas decorations. And Jared’s beard is coming in quite nicely.

Knoxville is such a neat city. And since we are only 65 miles northeast we get to go occasionally. And it was cold that week!
