Remember when it was one of my goals for 2012 to create New Client Welcome Gifts? And, I said that I had finally figured them out at the END of the year? Well! I want to show you all what I came up with!
I worked with my delightful designer extraordinaire, Jen Olmstead of Deleted Space Creative. I had her create a letterhead of sorts for me and insert a welcome letter I had written to my 2013 couples. The whole idea for the gift is: Welcome To The Year You Get Married! So I included a noisemaker and champagne to celebrate that fact, and one of my favorite wedding magazine’s on the market, Southern Weddings.
Jen also made some really cute mailing labels for me! I love them!
And here is what is inside when you open the package! Im really happy with how they turned out, and I think my couples were really excited to receive them as well. My favorite part is the top portion of the welcome letter where we play off the mad lib on my site! Underneath my fill in “you’re getting married” it says, “an opening greeting of some sort!”
What do you think? Are you doing welcome gifts this year? Did you love the one your photographer sent you?? I’d love to hear!

Oh my goodness those are precious! I can’t wait until I am getting married and I can hire a cool photographer like you!
Hooray! We LOVED the gift from our photographer (YOU!). I haven’t been able to put down the issue of Southern Weddings!
love this! so great, and so you!
We LOVED ours! It was such a nice surprise!
Love this!! So creative. I know I would have been thrilled to have received a package like this back when I got married!
lovvve this! i’ve been doing welcome gifts, but still haven’t found the PERFECT thing. love your packaging AND gift, though!
sooooo cute!! those would be so fun to open!
Being one of your 2013 brides, I recently got the gift & loved it! Every part of it! My mom & I poured over the magazine, I’m saving the champagne to celebrate when we sign the lease to our new rental house & the noise maker has been fun to play with. I even kept the box, which has become the designated space to put the RSVPs we are getting in the mail
LOVE THIS
These are awesome! Love the branding =)
I’m doing welcome gifts! I love your boxes and labels on the outside. Where are your boxes from?? Actually, I know I’ve asked you that before, but maybe they’re different now? I really want ones very similar to yours but made of kraft paper. Anyways, your welcome gifts look fabulous! I love the champagne touch.
I LOVE this! It makes me almost wish we would’ve waited until this year to get married haha! My favorite thing by far is the Southern Weddings magazine. I followed those ladies on Twitter, Facebook, and their website for 2 years leading up to our wedding, but I could NEVER find a copy of their magazine in a store anywhere! It was always the first thing I would look for, but I guess we’re too far north for anyone to carry it. Bummer. Your new clients are absolutely going to love it!
So adorable Lauryn!!
Hey Lauryn!!! Super cute packaging…would you mind telling me who you ordered your labels through?
Also. SWEET rug!!!
I wanna be an LGP bride, man.
love your welcome gifts! mostly because we do the same thing to our clients – spoil them with some champagne! i love yours though, the packaging is too cute! and that note is the best – like wedding photographer mad libs. lol
